Sam steers the Dispute Resolution Team with his close to two-decade advocacy experience at the superior courts in Nigeria. He is currently the lead counsel in the Multi-million Naira Suits over the 1998 Mobile Idoho Oil Spill, the Lead Counsel to Cooperative Societies in Ondo State, Nigeria over the 2008 Oil Spill at the Chevron BOP; Lead Defence counsel in Suits against an Aviation Agency and the Apex Financial Institution of the Federal Government of Nigeria, among others.

He is versed in the Policy, Regulatory framework and practice relating to Aviation, Pre-and Post-Election matters, Land, Chieftaincy, Environment and Sustainable Development, Real Property and Estate Development, Divorce and general Matrimonial Causes, Civil and Criminal litigation of all kinds

He is a researcher and Editor of multi-disciplinary Law Journal-Hanmysfield Quarterly Law Journal (HQLJ).

Sam is also Consultant to several law firms and institutions on law and policy formulation.
