We assist clients in Buying, Selling, Letting and Leasing of all kinds of property. We also perfect title documents such as: Certificate of occupancy (C of O), Land Certificate and Governor’s Consent and help our clients to conduct thorough searches on lands at both surveyors generals offices and land registries all over Nigeria as part of our real estate consultancy services.
IMMIGRATION PRACTICE
We assist our clients in processing Expatriate Quota, Residence Permit. We also have link with Interpol and other international Security Agencies in solving our clients’ cross-border security issues.

We prepare terms of contract, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Agreements, Franchise, etc.

We handle matters relating to shipping activities, insurance and funding.
